CONFIDENTIALITY & TRUST
How do you protect my agency from being undercut — will you ever approach my clients directly?
EvenDigit operates under a strict non-solicitation policy. We sign mutual NDAs before any engagement begins, and our entire model depends on long-term agency partnerships — not individual client relationships. We never appear on client invoices, contact clients directly, or take public credit for work delivered. Our growth comes from your growth, which makes undercutting commercially irrational for us.
Can your specialists join our client calls and present as part of our team?
Yes — and we do this regularly. EvenDigit’s team members join client calls under your agency’s brand: your email domain, your Zoom account, your preferred introduction. Before any call, our specialists are briefed on your agency’s tone, the client’s background, and any positioning requirements. We function as embedded staff, not as a vendor voice on the line.
How do you handle conflicts of interest if you're working with multiple agencies in the same niche or geography?
We maintain an internal conflict-of-interest register and disclose overlapping verticals or geographies during the discovery call — before you commit. For agencies in competitive local markets, we offer exclusivity arrangements within specific zip codes or niches at a negotiated rate. We do not sell the same strategy, content, or creative to competing agency clients.
What happens to our relationship if a key contact on your team leaves — how do you protect continuity?
Every client account at EvenDigit is documented to a standard where a transition can happen without disruption. We maintain living strategy documents, campaign histories, and SOPs for every account so institutional knowledge never lives in one person’s head. If a key contact changes, you receive a formal handover briefing and a minimum two-week parallel overlap period before the transition is complete..
OPERATIONS & ONBOARDING
What is the realistic onboarding timeline before active campaign work begins?
For most clients, EvenDigit completes full onboarding within 5–7 business days. This covers account access, audit of existing campaigns, strategy alignment, and asset gathering. Paid campaigns typically go live within 7–10 days. SEO groundwork — technical audit, keyword mapping, content calendar — is ready within the first 2 weeks. We share a detailed onboarding checklist on day one so there are no surprises.
Do you adapt to our project management and communication tools, or do we have to adapt to yours?
We adapt to your workflow — not the other way around. EvenDigit works within your preferred project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com), communication channels (Slack, Teams, email), and reporting platforms. We don’t require you to adopt new software or restructure your delivery process. The goal is for our involvement to feel seamless, not disruptive.
How quickly can you absorb a sudden spike in client volume — say, 5 new clients in a single month?
EvenDigit operates as a 70+ person in-house team with scalable capacity that doesn’t rely on freelancers or reactive hiring. A surge of 3–5 new client accounts can typically be absorbed without extending onboarding timelines. For agencies anticipating rapid growth, we recommend a pre-growth planning call to allocate resources in advance.
How do you handle a situation where our client brief is vague or incomplete — do you push back or just execute?
We push back — professionally and with a solution attached. EvenDigit’s account managers are trained to identify brief gaps that would lead to misaligned output. Instead of guessing, we send a structured brief clarification within 24 hours of receiving incomplete instructions, along with our own recommended interpretation so you’re not starting from scratch. Executing on a bad brief costs everyone more time than clarifying it upfront.
What does your quality control process look like before deliverables reach us?
Every deliverable at EvenDigit goes through a two-stage review: a specialist-level peer review and a senior account manager sign-off before anything leaves our team. For content, we run plagiarism checks and brand voice alignment reviews. For paid campaigns, we use a pre-launch checklist covering tracking, audience segmentation, ad copy compliance, and budget caps. You receive work that has already been reviewed — not a first draft dressed up as a final.
REPORTING & ACCOUNTABILITY
What reporting infrastructure do you provide — is it white-labeled and actually client-readable?
EvenDigit delivers fully white-labeled reports customized with your agency’s logo, color palette, and domain. Reports are available via live dashboard (compatible with AgencyAnalytics, Google Looker Studio, and DashThis) or as branded PDF exports on your preferred cadence — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. All data is presented in plain business language, not technical jargon — written for your client, not for us.
How do you separate actual business impact from vanity metrics in your reports?
Our reporting framework leads with revenue-connected metrics: cost per qualified lead, lead-to-close rate (where CRM access is available), revenue attribution from paid channels, and organic share-of-voice growth. Vanity metrics like impressions or follower counts are included only where they support a business narrative — never as headline KPIs. We also provide month-over-month trend context so data tells a story, not just a number.
If a campaign underperforms, how early do you flag it and what's your escalation process?
We flag underperformance signals proactively — before the next scheduled reporting cycle. If we see declining CTR, rising CPL, or stagnating rankings, our account managers are empowered to reallocate budget or restructure immediately without waiting for approval. You receive a written root-cause analysis with a revised strategy recommendation within 72 hours of identifying the issue — before your client notices anything.
How do you track and attribute results when a client is running both SEO and paid campaigns simultaneously?
EvenDigit uses a unified attribution model that separates organic and paid contribution at the channel level while accounting for assist touchpoints in between. We set up UTM structures, goal tracking, and cross-channel dashboards from day one so there is never ambiguity about which channel drove which result. When SEO and PPC overlap, we actively coordinate both teams to avoid cannibalizing the same keywords and wasting budget.
PRICING & CONTRACTS
Do your pricing margins realistically allow us to mark up 40–60% and stay competitive in Western markets?
Yes. EvenDigit’s white label pricing is structured specifically to give agency partners a 40–60% markup headroom while remaining competitive in US, UK, Australian, and Canadian markets. Our cost per service sits well below Western market rate benchmarks due to our India-based delivery model. We share a partner pricing sheet during discovery so you can model your margins before committing to anything.
Is there a minimum volume commitment, or can we start with just one client?
EvenDigit actively encourages agency partners to start with a single client pilot — typically a 60–90 day engagement — before expanding the relationship. This validates workflow fit, communication quality, and results before you scale. There is no minimum volume requirement to begin. We’d rather earn your trust on one account than lock you into a volume commitment prematurely.
What happens to client data and campaign assets if we decide to offboard or switch providers?
All client assets — ad accounts, content, analytics access, login credentials — remain 100% owned by you and your client at all times. EvenDigit never holds accounts hostage or creates lock-in through proprietary systems. Upon offboarding, we provide a full transition document, export all campaign data, and hand over complete documentation of everything built — within 5 business days.
How do you price when a client's scope changes mid-retainer — what's your policy on scope creep?
EvenDigit operates on clearly scoped monthly retainers with a defined deliverable list agreed upon at the start of each engagement. If a client’s needs expand mid-month, we flag the scope change in writing before absorbing additional work and present two options: defer to the next retainer cycle or approve an addendum at a pre-agreed rate. We do not silently absorb scope creep and bill for it later — every change is visible and agreed upon before execution.
TEAM STABILITY & GROWTH
What's your actual team retention rate — how stable are the people working on our accounts?
EvenDigit’s core digital marketing team has an average tenure of 3+ years, backed by 18+ years of operational history as an organization. Account managers are not rotated arbitrarily — you work with the same team throughout the engagement unless a change is mutually agreed upon. Staff continuity directly affects the quality of institutional knowledge on your accounts, and we treat it as a non-negotiable part of our service standard.
Can you proactively surface upsell opportunities within our client accounts, or do you only execute briefs?
We do both — and the proactive side is where we create real agency value. EvenDigit’s account managers are trained to identify growth signals: campaigns with budget headroom, untapped keyword categories, high-performing pages ready for CRO, or underutilized social channels. We surface upsell opportunities to your team monthly with a business case attached. You control whether and how to present it to the client.
How quickly do you respond when Google or Meta makes major algorithm or platform changes?
EvenDigit maintains an internal change-monitoring protocol. When Google releases a core update or Meta restructures its ad delivery system, our strategy team assesses impact within 48 hours and issues a brief to all relevant account teams. Affected client strategies are revised proactively — you receive a change-impact summary before your clients ask about it. We don’t wait for monthly reports to address platform shifts.
Can you support a new service line we haven't offered before — and how long does it take to get that capability ready?
If EvenDigit already has the capability in-house — which covers SEO, PPC, paid social, content, CRO, email, and web development — we can onboard a new service line within 10–14 days, including strategy alignment and tooling setup. For capabilities outside our current stack, we are transparent about it rather than overpromising. We would rather tell you we’re not the right fit for a specific service than under-deliver on it.
STRATEGY & EXPERTISE
How do you ensure the strategy you build for our client is custom — not a templated approach recycled across accounts?
Every client engagement at EvenDigit begins with an independent audit and a strategy session specific to that client’s market, competitors, and business model. We do not apply the same keyword list, campaign structure, or content angle across different clients in the same vertical. Strategy templates are used only for process efficiency — the thinking behind them is always client-specific. You can request to see two strategies we’ve built for similar clients side by side to verify this.
What industries or client types do you have the deepest experience delivering results for?
EvenDigit has delivered measurable results across eCommerce, B2B SaaS, professional services (legal, finance, healthcare), home services, real estate, and education. Our deepest expertise sits in eCommerce performance marketing and B2B lead generation via SEO and Google Ads. For highly regulated industries like finance or healthcare, we have compliance-aware content and ad workflows already in place — reducing the back-and-forth that typically slows down regulated client campaigns.
If our client wants to pause all activity for a month, how does that affect our retainer and the work already in progress?
EvenDigit handles client pauses through a formal pause protocol. Campaign activity is paused cleanly — budgets zeroed, ads set to inactive, SEO work documented at its current state. The retainer is typically reduced to a maintenance fee during the pause period to retain account continuity and institutional knowledge. On reactivation, ramp-up time is minimal because documentation is maintained throughout. We do not treat a pause as a cancellation.
What's the single biggest reason white label partnerships fail — and how do you prevent it on your end?
The most common failure point is misaligned expectations on communication cadence and deliverable ownership. Agencies assume the white label partner will proactively flag issues; white label partners assume the agency will ask. EvenDigit closes this gap with a structured communication framework agreed upon at onboarding — defined response time SLAs, escalation paths, and a monthly partnership review separate from client reporting. We treat the agency relationship as a client relationship in its own right, not an afterthought.
